Rick Campbell believes in taking a more personalized approach to custom home building. This allows Campbell’s clients to have an enjoyable building process. The Rick Campbell Builder, Inc. process;

• Rick Campbell meets with each new client to determine the style of home and the location to build.
• Clients meet with Rick Campbell and the Design Architect to design the new custom home
• Once plans are completed, clients then provide specifications for their home to Rick Campbell.
• Project plans are then sent out to all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Bids are received by Rick Campbell from suppliers and contractors.
• Rick Campbell provides each client with the bid information for their new home.
• Contractual agreements are signed
• The custom home building construction commences

We are now building custom homes for cost plus 8%. We have worked with many happy home owners to build homes ranging from $155,000 to $4.2 million. Looking to do an update or home remodel? We can complete your project for cost plus 10%. We have completed many recent remodel projects that have ranged from $2000 to $500,000.
“I make sure my clients are answered on a daily basis,” says Rick, “If I can’t get to the phone right when my clients call, I make sure that I respond to them that same day.”
Good communication is a vital part of the construction process. Each of Rick Campbell’s clients receive his cell phone number so that he can answer any questions that they may have. From the initial design phase to final completion, Rick stays involved with each new custom home. This is why you will find Rick Campbell on the jobsite, each day, managing every phase of the construction process. “I try to build each of my clients’ homes as if it were my own.” says Rick.
